Terms of use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to this website, our demo sites and the Campus service, which is run by Graphpaper, [LEGAL NAME, CITY AND STATE]. By using them you agree to these terms.

What Campus provides

Campus builds a website for a school and keeps it up to date with the notices, files and photos the school sends us. A free sample site is a preview for you to look at before you decide. It is free and you do not have to continue.

Fees

The price, what it includes and how often it is paid are agreed with the school before work starts. A WhatsApp message counts as agreement. [PAYMENT AND RENEWAL TERMS]

The school’s responsibilities

Campus publishes the documents a school gives us, including mandatory public disclosure documents. The school remains responsible for what its board or any authority requires, and Campus does not certify that a school meets any rule.

Our responsibilities

We build and update the website with reasonable care, and publish updates as agreed with the school.

Content, domain and ownership

The school’s content stays the school’s. The Campus templates, code and design belong to Graphpaper, and a school may use them for its website while it is a customer. [DOMAIN OWNERSHIP AND WHAT HAPPENS IF A SCHOOL LEAVES]

Demo sites

Our demo schools are fictional. Every name, date and number on them is sample content.

Acceptable use

Do not use our websites or service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, and do not try to break or misuse them. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Links to other sites

Our websites link to other sites, such as Graphpaper, CBSE and NCERT. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Availability and liability

We try to keep our websites running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the service

A school or Campus can stop the service at any time by telling the other. [NOTICE PERIOD, IF ANY]

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY, STATE] have jurisdiction. Contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
